This Is How We Build It.

Working with me isn't a course. It's not a group program. It's a direct, hands-on engagement inside your specific business — and it follows a clear process that has been refined inside real companies at the exact moment they needed it most.

Who is this For

This Is for You If...

  • Your business is making money but you're the one holding everything together — and you're exhausted by it.

  • You're grossing 6 or 7 figures and things are starting to fall through the cracks.

  • You have a team but they can't operate without you in the room.

  • You know you need systems and processes but don't know where to start — or you've started and it hasn't stuck.

  • You want to grow, but not if it means more chaos.

  • You're thinking about an eventual exit and you have no idea if your business is actually sellable.

This Is NOT for You If...

  • You want someone to hype you up and tell you everything is fine.

  • You're looking for something to buy and never implement.

  • You're not willing to let someone go inside your business and tell you what they actually see.

  • You want a framework that worked for someone else's company copy-pasted into yours.

  • You want me to do all the work so you never have to learn how your own business runs.

The Operations Architecture Method

Six phases. One sequence. No shortcuts.

Every engagement moves through six phases. The depth and timeline of each phase is scoped to your specific business — but the sequence never changes, because it can't. You can't build what you haven't designed. You can't design what you haven't diagnosed. And you can't hand something off to an owner who was never taught how to run it.

Phase 1: BREAK GROUND Let's make sure we're the right fit before we pick up a single tool.

Before anything gets built, we need to have an honest conversation. I need to know you love your business like it's your kid — because that's exactly what this process requires. You have to want it to grow up strong and independent.

Here's the hard truth: if you keep doing everything for your business, you can kiss independent goodbye. I can't want this more than you do. Too many owners come in hoping I'll just take the wheel — and if I do that, it becomes my business, not yours. I don't want your baby. I want to help you raise yours.

This first conversation is where we figure out if you're ready to do that.

What this looks like: A 22-minute call. Direct. No pitch. Just two people figuring out if this makes sense.

Phase 2: READ THE BLUEPRINT Find out why you're making money but still waking up at 3am.

If the business is generating revenue but you're cash poor, something is bleeding — and it's rarely just one thing. Expensive team members who aren't pulling their weight. Redundant tools nobody audited. Tasks eating hours that technology should be handling. Finances that are technically tracked but not actually understood.

It compounds. A little waste here, a misaligned role there, a process that exists only in your head — and suddenly the money that should be working for you is just gone.

This phase is where we pull back the walls and look at all of it. What's working, what's not, and exactly where your time and money are going. Because you cannot fix what you cannot see.

What this looks like: A deep operational and financial review. Honest. Sometimes uncomfortable. Always worth it.

Phase 3: DRAFT THE ARCHITECTURE Take what's working, make it better, and build for the team you haven't hired yet.

Now we design. We take what's already working and strengthen it. We plug the holes, streamline the slow parts, and build a structure that runs with intention — not just habit. And we do it with your future in mind.

If it's just you right now, we build it like you're about to hire. Because when you are ready to bring someone on, the job description is already written, the training is already built, and everything they need to succeed is already waiting. Your next hire becomes a relief instead of another thing to manage.

Your high-touch brand stays intact. Your money goes toward what technology can't do — not toward redundant tasks that have been stealing hours from you for years.

What this looks like: A custom operations blueprint built for your business, your team, and the version of both you're building toward.

Phase 4: POUR THE FOUNDATION This is where the walls go up.

Everything we designed gets built. The automations. The delegation frameworks. The AI-assisted workflows. The documented processes. The infrastructure. Our team handles the build — or works alongside yours — so you're not adding "implement everything" to an already full plate.

This is the phase most people never reach on their own. Not because they don't want it, but because building while operating is genuinely hard. That's why you don't do this part alone.

What this looks like: Active implementation scoped specifically to your engagement — with the option to bring in My Clone Solution and Time2GSD for full build support.

Phase 5: MOVE IN Live in it. Use it. Break what needs breaking.

Just because we dreamed it up and built it doesn't mean it's perfect on day one. It never is. The good news is that everything we build is malleable — designed to be tested, adjusted, and refined based on what actually happens when real work runs through it.

You jump in. You use the system. You tell us what feels right and what doesn't — because you know your business better than anyone. We stay close, watch the results, and help you tweak what needs tweaking.

Stick with the system and it will work for you. And when something needs to change, that's not failure — that's the process working exactly the way it should.

What this looks like: A live testing and refinement period with hands-on guidance. You run it. We don't disappear.

Phase 6: MAINTENANCE The structure is up. Now we make it exceptional.

Life has a way of getting in the way of even the best-laid plans — and building a business while running one is genuinely overwhelming. Most engagements take longer than originally scoped, and that's not a flaw. It's just reality. This phase is here because real work takes real time.

This phase isn't required. But most clients keep us close. Because once the foundation is solid and real data is coming in, that's when the most interesting refinements happen — to products, services, pricing, team structure, and what the business could become next.

Ongoing guidance isn't about dependence. It's about having someone in your corner who already knows the building and can help you keep improving it.

What this looks like: Continued access, real-time consulting, and ongoing refinement as your business grows into what we built.

The Ecosystem Behind the Work

When the strategy is done and the blueprint is built, implementation is the next step — and you don't have to figure out who does that alone.

My Clone Solution is the implementation arm that can take the blueprint and build it. Time2GSD is the tech and software layer that makes the structure run efficiently once it's built. These are separate engagements, scoped separately — but they were designed to work together, and the handoff is seamless because we speak the same language.

You're not managing three vendors trying to get on the same page. You're working inside one ecosystem that was built to take you from strategy all the way through a fully operational business — at whatever pace and scope makes sense for where you are.

Two Ways to Start

Option 1: Book the 22-Minute Call If you already know you have a problem and you're ready to talk to someone who gets it, this is your move. No long intake forms. No pre-qualifying survey. Just a direct conversation about your business and what it needs.

This call is not a sales pitch. It's a working conversation. You'll leave with clarity — whether that means working together or not.

The Investment. What This Actually Costs.

Every engagement is scoped to the specific business — but transparency matters. Here is a clear picture of what working together looks like at each level so you can make an informed decision before we ever get on a call.

The Blueprint

$1,000 — One Time

Before anything gets built you need to know exactly what needs building. This is the deep operational and financial review — the honest look inside your business that surfaces what's working, what's bleeding, and what's being left on the table.

You walk away with a custom operations blueprint built specifically for your business. Yours to keep and implement with any team, any way you choose.

What's included:

  • Full operational and financial review.

  • Identification of hidden revenue, waste, and capacity gaps.

  • Custom operations blueprint — documented and ready to use.

  • $500 credit applied toward any future scope of work with Veritas Candor.

Even if we never work together again, you leave with a blueprint that tells you exactly what needs to be built and in what order. That alone is worth the investment.

The Architecture

$2,000/month — No Minimum Commitment

This is the strategy and coaching engagement. We plan everything — delegation frameworks, content, processes, workflows, team structure — and we think through and role play every situation before it becomes a real problem. You can build with confidence because nothing catches you off guard.

What's included:

  • Weekly 60-minute working session

  • Weekly 30-minute accountability call

  • Full planning for delegation, content, processes, and team structure

  • Role play and scenario planning so you're prepared for what comes next

  • Everything you need to actually build the process — the build itself is separate and can be done by any team using any software

Most clients are up and running in 30 to 60 days when fully committed. We move as fast as you can.

The Architecture with Hands On Support

Starting at $3,500/month — No Minimum Commitment

For the businesses that need more than a blueprint and a plan. If you need someone to roll up their sleeves and work alongside you to get things moving — this is it. This tier includes fractional involvement to keep momentum going while we build the delegation processes that will eventually get you out from under it.

What's included:

  • Everything in The Architecture tier

  • Up to 10 to 15 hours per month of fractional hands-on support

  • Active involvement in keeping the business moving while delegation processes are being built

  • Direct support for the situations that can't wait for next week's meeting

Most clients are up and running in 30 to 60 days when fully committed. We move as fast as you can.

Financing Is Available.

Operations infrastructure is an investment — and like any good investment, how you fund it matters. Financing is available through our capital partners who source from multiple lenders to find the best fit for your situation.

A few things worth knowing before you decide how to pay:

  • Financing carries a 6% fee versus 3.5% for credit card payments — but in most cases the APR through our lending partners is significantly better than carrying a balance

  • If you're going to finance any part of the engagement, finance the whole thing — having more than one loan in play defeats the purpose and costs you more in the long run

  • The goal is to make sure the investment works for your business financially, not just operationally

No minimum commitments. No locked-in contracts. Just the work — done at the pace your business can handle.

This Is the Work.

Building real infrastructure inside a real business is not glamorous. It requires looking at the hard stuff, documenting the messy stuff, and making decisions that feel uncomfortable before they feel right. But on the other side of it is a business that works — one that can grow without breaking, that can run without you holding it together every day, and that has real value when you're ready to move on.

That's what gets built here

Designed to Grow. Built to Exit. Because duct tape and sticky notes are not a strategy.
